Butternut Bourbon Sidecar
Have leftover steamed butternut from dinner last night? Think outside the box with this fun take on a sidecar!

1 1/2 ounces bourbon

1 1/2 ounces butternut squash puree

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1/4 ounce orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)

1/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.

Double-strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange rind or dusting of nutmeg and enjoy!
